This winery and its vineyards are located in the southeast of the D.O. Rueda, in the province of Segovia. Belinda Thomson, from the Australian Crawford River Winery is in charge of the technical direction. Grapes used to produce this wine come from the 30.5Ha of old Verdejo vineyards, with a low yield of 2.5 t/ha. The vines are planted in vaso system, in sandy soils. The vineyards have a surface layer of small river gravel and a deeper layer composed of clay. The wine is partially fermented in barrels and kept on lees for several months before being bottled.
