Davphia, a Kiwi, (but we don’t hold that against her too much), began working in the hospitality industry when she was a student studying her Bachelor of Education. After graduating, Davphia worked in various middle management roles for a national hotel chain for three years, before beginning her sales career at Pernod Ricard New Zealand in 2004. Six years later, she moved on to work at EuroVintage for two years, while also working at a friend’s suburban cocktail bar during the weekends. In 2011 Davphia moved to Perth to follow her now husband, and worked at Mezzanine (Casama Group) for two years, before joining the Incantina team in late 2014. Davphia re-joined the team in late 2017 after a ‘gap year’ of her own (maternity leave) and continues to enjoy the intricacies of working for a family owned business.
